DESCRIPTION

The Axis Communications TS10V518AED by Pentax is a quality 5-50mm varifocal lens that can be used with an AXIS network camera or any other CCTV camera having a 1/3" sensor and CS lens mount. A varifocal lens is a great addition to a CCTV camera, allowing the camera's focal length to be easily adjusted without having to physically move the camera from its installation point. Because of its auto iris function, this lens also allows camera installation in areas experiencing fluctuating light levels during the course of the day.

Compatible Cameras

This varifocal lens is recommended for use with the AXIS 211, AXIS 211A and AXIS 211W network cameras. It can also be used with an AXIS 221 network camera, but offers less magnifying power. Furthermore, because this lens is not IR corrected, users will need to manually adjust the lens when the IR cut filter on the camera disengages.
